Nov 17, 2022 - I will be doing the Historic Tuckahoe Plantation's Holiday Market on Sunday, December 11th (with Sunday, December 18th as the rain date in case of inclement weather.). The market location will be on the South Lawn of the historic plantation house. Check Appearances at a Glance to your right for the time, address, and anything else.

My horror vampire poem, Crimson Rush, was accepted for Horror Curated: Bloody Tea, which will be released in February 2023. The new ezine just debuted this month, and you can find out about their first issue, Haunted Holidays, and more here.

Oct 26, 2022 - I will be a vendor at Tidewater Horror Convention next year, September 8, 9, and 10. For the address of the new hotel, plus link to their website (memberships for next year are now for sale), check Appearances at a Glance to the right of this page.

Oct 26, 2022 - Great news! Blame It On the Pumpkin, the anthology that includes my story, Pumpkin Hollow, was released yesterday, October 25th. Click here to see the links to buy the paperback, and/or the two eBooks available on Nook and Kobo.

Sep 20, 2022 - I am excited to announce that I will be doing a book signing at the Barnes and Noble in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with other authors of horror and paranormal on Saturday, October 29th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. You can find the address and their phone number of the bookstore at Appearances at a Glance to the right of this page, with no ending time, as the bookstore is allowing us authors to decide if we want to stay there for 2 hours or until we sell out of our books.

If you cannot make it that day, you can call the number and pay over the phone and have a copy of one or more of my books signed by me. I am not sure if all my regional Virginia ghost books, along with Werewolves, Dogmen, and Other Shapeshifters Stalking North America and Blame It on the Pumpkin anthology, will be available or not. So, call the bookstore close to the 29th, if you wish to know.

Sep 7, 2022 - I have an article, Scarecrows: Scary or Not? up at Haunt Jaunts. Check it out Scarecrows: Scary or not?

Jan 6, 2022 - MarsCon has been cancelled for January 14-16th and moved to March 18, 19, and 20, 2022. The con-chair felt with the Omicron surges along the Southeast (Virginia is in this range), it was best to do this and so did the hotel. No one wants people to get sick from this weekend, and it appears there's another call for snow this Friday. We could see a snowstorm during what would've been MarsCon's weekend. So, check Appearances at a Glance to see the changed dates and for the convention's website to click and go to and see up there. If you have a room already, the hotel is working to change to that. If nothing else, if you are still worried, call the hotel in a couple of days to be sure.
